"I love the incredible atmosphere of the entire music program. It allows me to learn and explore my musical capabilities. I absolutely love performing in all the different ensembles, whether it be Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, or a smaller chamber ensemble. Getting the opportunity to collaborate and learn from all of the other students is truly inspiring."

Kelsey Snider, BM 2012

"The environment is very supportive. Everyone here wants you to do well. It's very encouraging to be surrounded by friends and colleagues who appreciate what you do and also push you to better all aspects of your musicianship."

Lauren Hampton, BM 2015

"I fell in love with OSU when I visited Stillwater for the first time. The campus is beautiful, the people are nice and hospitable, and the music professors care about every individual in the department. Dr. Broffitt is both an amazing professor and performer and I am so happy to be studying with her."

Holly Rosenberg, Anticipated BM 2017
